sixteen years old[/center]
stevie rae johnson
stevie rae is the human definition of country, with a cow girl fashion sense and a thick okie accent. she is a serious fan of roper jeans and she absolutely adores kenny chesney and she aspires to be a country singer like him. she has been at the house of night for over three months now, moving there from her home in henrietta. she is close friends with shaunee, erin, damien and jack.
damien maslin
damien is an utter genius, but he often gets teased for it being called such things as ‘grammar snob’ by the twins. nonetheless, damien’s genius has solved many problems for himself and others. he’s incredibly sensitive, and sweet, and also, gay despite his parents dislike of that fact. not to forget, that damien has already been chosen by a chubby blonde cat named cameron.
jack twist
jack is one of the newer fledglings at the house of night but, he is already settled in well with a group of friends and a boyfriend, damien. jack is obviously gay, especially seeing as he renamed himself after jack from brokeback mountain. other than being a complete cutie, jack has a more serious side when it comes to his passion, technology. yes, the kid is a complete techie and he loves it.
anthony - - -
anthony is nicknamed ant because of his absolutely tiny height. most people would see him and assume he was about ten years old, but, he doesn’t mind the teasing and digs at his height because he takes it all in good nature. everyone seems to love ant as if he were their little brother.
elizabeth no last name
elizabeth is one of those girls who think that they are far better than you in every way. prettier than you. more intelligent than you. and so on. though she would never voice these thoughts it’s always quite clear in her expressions, she doesn’t mean to be like this though, she was just raised in a rather posh family who frowned upon the ‘lower class’.

shaunee cole
shaunee is what most see as the typical female – a total shopaholic and boy mad and she likes to keep up to date with the latest fashion trends but, despite all of this she hasn’t turned into a complete snob. her best friend is erin bates and the two are so alike they are called ‘the twins’ even though shaunee is a girl of jamaican decent and erin is an ‘extremely white’ girl from tulsa. what’s even spookier though is that shaunee and erin were both chosen by a cat called beezlebub. shaunee is also currently dating one of the hottest boys in the school, cole clifton.
erin bates
for erin it would be easiest to simply say ‘see above’ as erin is so very similar to shaunee that they pretty much share the same thoughts and finish each other’s sentences. the two are so very close that they are referred to as twins. she too enjoys shopping and fashion and was chosen by beezlebub. plus, erin is dating t.j hawkins, who also happens to be one of the hottest boys in the school. who knew two girls could be so similar?
becca adams
to put it into simple terms, becca is a slut. she is completely and utterly obsessed with men and she doesn’t care who she has to annoy or hurt to reach the current object of her affection. she finds herself putting out a bit too much, and all of her slag-ish actions are all because of some deep insecurity she doesn’t speak of.
drew partain
drew, is artemis’s star pupil as he is the number one fencer in the school – other than dragon of course. he is of average height and he has a subtly attractive athletic figure with his cutesy blue eyes and tan skin, he looks like the kind of guy you would see surfing at the beach.

gerarty is a cute little blonde who everyone thinks quite highly of. she’s kind and loving and she’s rather enjoyable to be around. gerarty is known for being an artist, she has such a great talent that it has been assumed that she has been given an affinity from nyx.
kramisha - - -
kramisha is totally unique, loving to dye her hairs various colours and having a very different sense of style. she’s always enjoyed writing and when she was recently gifted by nyx with the affinity to write prophetic poems she was ecstatic.
montoya - - -
one look at montoya and the first word that would come into your mind would be – thug. he is short and hispanic and he wears his pants sagging. not only that, but montoya has multiple facial piercings, which overall makes his appearance look rather threatening despite his small height. however, montoya is in fact an alright guy, despite his appearance, and he has the reputation of being the funny man of any group.

t.j hawkins
thomas james – or t.j as he prefers to be called – is an extremely tall, and extremely beautiful young man. he has the fine toned body due to his passion for boxing, it has even been thought that he may possibly have an affinity for it but, nothing has really been confirmed. he’s a caring person however; he does often fall fatal to ‘stupid guy moments’ where he does something outrageously stupid which he never intended to do. these moments have gotten him into tiffs with his girlfriend, erin bates, many times before, but she cares for him to much to stay mad at him. it is also rumoured that he is a talented singer, but he doesn't sing a tune for just anyone.
cole clifton
cole is a complete hopeless romantic and he can sure as hell make any girl swoon with his killer looks and charm to boot. unfortunately, ladies this heartthrob is taken by miss shaunee cole. cole is also very into acting, and he entered the monologue competition not long ago and performed a monologue from romeo and juliet finishing in ninth place showing that he is not quite as talented as his good friend erik night who came first.
clarissa harris
clarissa is incredibly charitable and she loves to please others and she does whatever she can to try and help those who need her aid. clarissa has welcomed the mist fledglings far more than others can and it is no surprise that she has become good friends with cassie, who is a charitiable girl also. clarissa also enjoys drama and she placed twenty fifth in the monologue competition that erik night won.
shannon compton
shannon is a quiet girl, who keeps to herself but, she has a true passion for drama and when she hits the stage she truly comes alive and many cannot believe that the shy girl could really be so confident.
sophie - - -
sophie is an incredibly beautiful girl, who could easily be a model which is what she plans to do with her life because of her love for fashion. she is rather health conscious because of her aspiration of being a model and she sticks to a healthy diet and exercises regularly. because of her killer looks, sophie often receives a lot of unwanted attention from males, who only want her for her body, which really irks her as all she really wants is a committed relationship.
dallas - - -
dallas, is incredibly cute, and a true okie, rather like stevie rae. he is very hot headed though, and he tends to be the jealous type when it comes to girls. he is brave though, and he always stands up for what he believes in. also, dallas has recently gained an affinity for electricity.
sixthformers,
nineteen years old[/center]
james stark is more commonly know as just plain old stark as he prefers not to be recognised because he is the best archer in the world. however, he is not proud of that, as he accidently murdered his pervious mentor at his old house of night in chicago. stark’s affinity is to never miss his target, and it never fails. even if he were aiming at something that was not in sight her would still hit his target. he’s a pretty bad ass kid, with a cocky smile and messy brown hair; he has a strange charm that the girls just can’t resist.
brittney - - -
brittney is a petite fledgling who is incredibly intelligent and she is particularly interested in vampyre sociology as she intends to go on and be a professor of it once she has completed her change, if she survives that is. her studies always come first with brittney but she is such a well organised and skilled student that keeping on top of her work is a complete walk in the park.
aphrodite lafont[/i]
aphrodite - or hag from hell as the twins call her – is incredibly self centred. there is only one thing that matters to aphrodite, and that’s herself. she doesn’t really have any true friends, probably because most of the school population hate her because of the fact that she’s a total bitch. but, most of this, is an act of sorts, aphrodite is in fact rather trustworthy and loyal when it comes down to it, but, she much prefers that everyone views her as the powerful bitch that she is. weirdly, enough though darius, a son of erebus, seems to be warming her heart some what. aphrodite has also been given an affinity from nyx, and she has visions of the future making her a prophet many would think that this would make aphrodite the high priestess in training but, meera did not believe that aphrodite was fit for this position. recently, aphrodite has fallen out with her supposed best friend, venus, over darius - or so she believes. now, aphrodite has turned into a lone wolf as venus has made all of her friends turn against her.
venus davies
venus was aphrodite’s second-bitch-in-command and together they were the two most popular girls in school, at least that’s what they thought. secretly, however venus loathed aphrodite with a passion and has been waiting to overthrow her any way she could. when the sons of erebus arrived at the house of night, she noticed aphrodite checking out darius and she immediately pretended she too shared an interest in him even though she did not. then, when aphrodite began pursuing darius, venus just had to wait for deino to tattle on aphrodite like she knew she would. taking enyo, deino and pemphredo away from aphtodite, venus now considers herself leader of their hated gang.
enyo - - -
enyo, was the one who began the mythological sister names, by changing her name to enyo, meaning warlike, when she joined the house of night, however she was copying venus and aphrodite who began the trend themselves. she is more of the quietly manipulative person, and she is continually fake to new people she meets in hope that they may be of some use to her some day. when she realises they will not be however, she kicks them to the curb faster than you can say nyx.
deino - - -
deino chose her name based on three mythological greek sisters, her friends enyo and pemphredo took the other two. deino’s name means ‘terrible’ and she lives up to that very well. deino is a complete gossiper and she loves to collect gossip of anyone and everyone she can, whether they be professor or fledgling, and she lets little bits slip to certain people and she is often the starter of feuds and arguments. it was in fact deino who managed to begin the argument between aphrodite and venus by informing venus of aphrodite’s pursuit of darius.
pemphredo - - -
pemphredo chose her new name based on three sisters from greek mythology - enyo and deino took the others – her name means ‘wasp’. pemphredo herself is a rather unkind person, and she enjoys seeing others suffer in some way. she was one of aphrodite’s followers, but, she has changed to being a follower of venus after the two girls fell out.
johnny b
johnny b is six foot tall, with muscles that most men would die for. he is one of those people who you just seem to like immediately due to his easy going nature and good sense of humour. he was raised well and is a gentleman, which increases his popularity with the ladies greatly, and he has strong morals especially when it comes to treating women correctly.
