PERSONALITY
likes: (1)Olivia loves animals, especially cats of course. But she does also love dogs. (2)She enjoys good, alternative music. None of that rap stuff. (3)She is athletic, but the sport she likes the most is gymnastics. (4)Her favorite food of all time is angel food cake. She loves anyone who gives her a piece of that spongy, heaven cake. (5)Last but not least, Olivia loves tattoos. As soon as she turned eighteen, she got the tattoos she’s been waiting to get. And she is dying for more.
dislikes: (1)Olivia hates clowns, as cliché as it is. After seeing a scary movie when she was little, she’s always hated clowns. (2)She hates talk about “love.” She is cynical and believes no such thing exists. (3)Livi doesn’t like girls. She doesn’t get along with girls. Olivia has always been one of the boys. (4)She doesn’t like kids. She’s never wanted kids in her life and often leaves the room as soon as one starts to cry. (5)Finally, and simply, Olivia hates the color yellow. She thinks it’s too bright, too vibrant, and too happy-go-lucky. Plus, it looks awful on her.
strengths: (1)Olivia has a high pain tolerance. She can take hits and deal with pain easily. (2)She is a very understanding person. It has always been easy to talk to her and tell her things. She’s a great listener. (3)Olivia’s last useful strength is her physical strength. She’s been doing gymnastics since she was five. That combined with being treated like one of the guys with her friends, she’s built up a lot more strength than others realize.

They’re disgusting, sometimes poisonous and deadly. And look at them! They’re hideous! (2) Livi fears being completely and utterly alone. With no one there for her, she would be nothing.
dreams: (1) Secretly, Olivia dreams of finding someone who will understand her and love her. It’s a deep secret that she wants this, given her cynical nature. (2) She also dreams of making it to the Olympics for her gymnastics. It’s farfetched, but if she works hard enough, maybe she can do it.
hobbies: Aside from gymnastics, Olivia likes to sing. She loves to write, though no one really knows that. She often sings when she is alone in her dorm or in the shower.

overallhistory: Erin and Collin met in their first semester of community college when they were 19. They met, and almost immediately, began dating. A few months in, they were already talking marriage. Three years later, they were married. After turning 27, Erin gave birth to her first child, Olivia. Two years later, they gave birth to Olivia’s little brother, Kyle.
Olivia and Kyle almost always got along. They had their fights, but Olivia was always protective of her little brother. When she was six, Olivia was signed up for her first gymnastics class. In her early childhood, her parents seemed so happy. Now when Olivia thinks back, she can vaguely remember yelling behind closed doors, and forced smiles. It was around 12 that the fighting got worse. Livi threw every bit of herself in gymnastics and barely spent time at home. That was around the time she got her first gold medal.
When she was sixteen, her parents announced their divorce after concluding that Olivia and Kyle were finally old enough to handle it. It changed both of them. Olivia became closed off from everyone. She took herself of the gymnastics team she was on, though she continued to practice alone. Her brother became rebellious and hard to handle, which eventually rubbed off onto Livi. She got her first tattoo, just to piss of her parents, when she was sixteen. She somehow lied and got away with it. Then she was marked.
She has been at the House for two years now, almost three. Her brother was Marked shortly after turning 16. Nothing really exciting has happened to Olivia in her first two years at the House. She remains faithful to Nyx and keeps practicing her gymnastics.

hey leigh, and welcome to nctt (: there's just a few problems I found with your application. first thing is that the application name should be set in the format "lastname, first middle." so for you it would be "shaw, olivia christine." secondly, some of her strengths and weaknesses aren't personality strength and weaknesses. if you want to talk about her being strong and such, I would say put that in the appearance section. and a weakness to angel food cake isn't really a personality weakness. lastly, her history is much much too short. I personally like really in depth histories, it helps people to get to know your character better and why they act like they do. just fix these things up and we'll look over your app again (:
