LET’S START WITH THE BASICS
NAME: artemis celia finch. I actually changed my first name to Artemis because the greek goddess of hunting is artemis, and she’s damn awesome.
NICKNAMES: Arty, Tem, Temi. Or any variation of my name I guess.
AGE: twenty-three. Old enough to drink, but young enough to rock your world.
SPECIES: Vampyre. And before you ask, no I don’t sparkle. I’m not a gay fairy.
MARK: My mark looks like a series of vines, surrounding my crescent then branching out down the sides of my face. My Mark has also migrated to my hands, but strangely not my arms.
IMPORTANT PERSONAL ITEMS
TWO PHOTOS: one of her father and one of her friend, Athena. Both framed and sitting on her desk at school.
ACHERY EQUIPMENT: Artemis’ bow was made especially for her, as well as her quiver. She makes her own arrows, meaning each one is personalized. All of her arrows have a feather tied to the end as well as a crescent drawn on the bow, marking them as hers.
OLD SCRAPBOOKS: Artemis was big into scrapbooking and has at least ten lying around her room. She keeps all of her important memories in those and is constantly adding to them.
COOK BOOK: Yes, Artemis can cook. She was the only one in her family who could. She actually quite enjoys it.
ANY HIDDEN TALENTS? [/b][/font][/color]
FENCING: Artemis is just an overall athletic girl. She loves to fence and is constantly hounding down Dragon to challenge him to a match.
SINGING: Artemis was in choir at her old school and would constantly sing for her father. She sometimes performs at the Rituals.
PARKOUR: During her young years, Artemis vehemently wanted to be a stunt person, so she practiced parkour religiously. If you ask, she’ll even show you how she can run up walls.
A LITTLE HISTORY[/b][/font][/color]
• Raised by a single father, mother went who knows where and Artemis could care less
• Did all of the household chores while her father was off working
• Daddy’s name is Gregory Finch.
• Artemis was very close to her father and he constantly depended on her.
• Artemis was marked while shopping for groceries and her dad had to be called in to cart her off to the school.
• For months, Artemis was pissed that she was marked and hated the fact that she had to be away from her father.
• Because of her anger, she took the violent elective—archery and fencing—and actually found that she was quite good.
• Finally, Artemis accepted Nyx with the help of her mentor (the Archery professor at the time)
• Artemis completes her change and moves away from the school to pursue a job in stunts/acting
• At age twenty, Artemis gets a call from her old friend Athena as she’s driving out to meet Temi.
• Athena gets in an accident and doesn’t survive.
• After some grieving, Artemis accepts that she’s with Nyx now and becomes more optimistic.
• She goes back to the school after deciding that actors are jerks and takes up the Archery teaching job.
• She doesn’t get married (yet) and only dabbles in dating.
• Oh yea, Artemis was chosen by a cat when she was a fledgling who she named Liam (after Liam Neeson, her actor crush).
